Admissions to The
Ranch Program at Salem is based on the following:
- Completion of
the Ranch Program Admissions Packet
- Any behavioral
or emotional records or reports from third party professionals, such
as therapists, social workers or church leaders.
- An interview
with a Salem admissions counselor and/or executive staff.
We are pleased to offer an easier way for you to enroll your child in our school. This application for admission is interactive. You will be able to fill it on line and save the form so that you can work on it at your leisure. Our hope and prayer is this will reduce your time to fill out the forms. Put the cursor over the sections, such as your name and you will be able to input the information on the form. Select the appropriate "check boxes" and print and mail or you may submit by email.
Our admission requirements seek many sources of information including health care professionals, schools, and information about your family. Almost always this will require the ability to save and come back to the form after you obtain the information. You can "save a copy" on your computer and come back and complete it again. On the last page of the forms you will see a "print" and "submit by email" When you finish the portions of the form you can fill out, please save a copy, and then you can print and sign the documents and mail them in, or you can submit by email and at later date sign the forms when your son is admitted into the school.
