Academics

We place a strong emphasis on each boy's individual education.  Our teachers work to provide individual attention to each boy's specific needs.  Much of our curriculum can be tailored to any grade level, and our priority in education is to bring each young man to grade level while they are with us. 

By far the greatest strength of our school is our low teacher to student ratio.  The personnel attention given to each young man allows him to be successful in life.  Any young man will advance academically with the one on one care he will recieve at Salem.

We currently use Switched-On Schoolhouse.  Switched-On-Schoolhouse is a comprehensive, Bible-based curriculum that offers computer-based learning for grades 3-12. With 3-D animation, video clips, and other fascinating multimedia, Switched-On Schoolhouse is the perfect homeschool curriculum for today's generation. With this flexible curriculum, we customize student learning to fit individual educational needs.

Switched-On Schoolhouse (SOS) has a diverse, vibrant mix of entertaining lessons, assignments quizzes, and more! Fun-filled lessons are created to captivate students' attention and engage them in learning.

The credits that are earned here at Salem Ranch will easily transfer to new and existing schools that your son might enroll. 

As with the rest of our program, we do our best to integrate Christ into the classroom.  In everything we do and say we want to Glorify Christ and demonstrate who He is to those in our care.
